Is my property covered by insurance?
All trucks are fully insured, however to insure specified items please contact your own Insurance Company for Goods in Transit Insurance; usually they only charge a small premium for the day.
Am I within the 1/2 hour callout area?
The call-out fee for metro area is with-in 20 kilometres of the Perth GPO or otherwise charged base to base from 20 - 95 k/m or country as shown on pricing chart.
Will you supply me with packing boxes?
Packing boxes are available at our office which is situated at 18/17 Prowse
Street, West Perth. The cost of the boxes are $5.50 each (inc. GST).
What
about my glasswear and fragile ornaments?
We advise you to wrap any fragile items carefully into paper or bubblewrap and
inform the driver which box they had been placed into so that extra care can
be taken when stacking the box in the truck.
I have an aquarium
Make sure a few inches of water are left in the tank before it is moved.
